ParticipantJust installed Pulse Station, entered administration pages and all looks good!
Is it possible to check the connection without having nodes?
I don’t have any modules yet, but I just want to see if I can connect from my iPhone to the Synology Pulse Station setup… If this works: than I need to have more time 😉Followed the explanation on this site, but cannot connect.
At this moment I get an error:
Error 🙁
Invalid response from APIIs this normal behavior when I don’t have any modules? Or can I check anything?
Thanks for any help!

KeymasterNormally it should work without any modules.
Just check that the service is running and try the following url : http://ipnas:4070
It should return something!September 3, 2015 at 11:50 am #1074Fabian
ParticipantAre there any steps besides installing the server and dbase? Those services started, but no connection possible (Firewall disabled). I can access the admin link, however I cannot change my password (I don’t get a failure notice, but the new password isn’t saved). This might look like a wrong permission on the database?

KeymasterYour problem with Imperihome is solved ?
You talk about another problem here ?
When you change your password (in the “users” part), you have to click on the save button.September 3, 2015 at 3:56 pm #1076Fabian
ParticipantNo, its the same problem but another part I think.
I did hit Save (multiple times) but it will not save. Uninstalled the package, reinstalled but same thing.
I created a new user with a random password, but that password didn’t work… Tonight I will have a look again.
It would be fantastic if I get this to work :-).

KeymasterNot sure that I understand your problem.
Can you connect to “http://ipnas/PulseStation/administration” with the user “admin/admin” ?
If yes :
* Is the Imperihome service installed ?
* If yes, is the service running ?
* If yes, does “http://ipnas:4070” return something ?(We’ll take a look at your problem of user afterward)

ParticipantUser problem is solved 🙂
Can you connect to “http://ipnas/PulseStation/administration” with the user “admin/admin” ?
# Yes, no problemIf yes :
* Is the Imperihome service installed ?
# Installed the Imperihome app at the phone, still searching for info on the service (which I think is needed to act as a server / bridge between Imperihome and Synology… but not shure.* If yes, is the service running ?
# App on the iPhone – Yess, Imperihome service on the Synology NOT
# Pulsestation shows green OK icon.* If yes, does “http://ipnas:4070″ return something ?
# NothingFirewall is not enabled on the Synology, I connect local with my local ip from my iPhone which has a local Wifi connection (same IP range).
Probably some step I forgot 🙂
(We’ll take a look at your problem of user afterward)
