How can i update the PulseStation?
Update in the Ui of webpage doesn’t work, looks like he is doing something but version stays on 1.2
Any suggestions ?
If the update fails, write access to the files is not correct.
Try verifying and fixing the access rights.
sudo chown -R www-data:www-data /volume1/web/PulseStation/*
If that doesn’t work:
sudo chmod -R 777 /volume1/web/PulseStation/*
Tried it on Raspbian but still unable to upgrade from 1.2.
Though replaced the path with /usr/share/PulseStation/*
Contact me on the live chat when I am online, or email the support team to make an appointment.
Then we can look into the issue together.
I was only testing the raspberry Pi for fun. Probably made something wrong during the setup.
Did notice however that the permissions, which I changed with chmod 777 was reset after the failed update.
I have a setup working on my Synology so I put the Raspberry Pi back in the drawer.
PulseStation generates a log file after the installation.
The log file can be found here : /var/packages/PulseStation/target/log/install.log
