    Hi,
i’ve installed Pulse-Station yesterday and today i would try to switch a group of wall-plugs with an virtual binary switch imidiatly per blockly.

With a simple compare it takes until to one minute to execute this step.
Now i’ve read that it would be possible to execute this step imidiatly when using “Device Event”.
But there does not exist a Event Device for virtal binary switches.

How can i fix this problem?

    Thanks,
    Stefan

    Hi,

For the virtual binary switch you should use the LOV device.
The virtual binary switch doesn’t send an event.

    Kind regards,

    Hi K.Rens,

    now it works.
The On/Off-Buttons of the LOV-Device are visual “flippy” for a short time after touching – but the plugs work korrekt.

Thank you for helping me and regards,
    Stefan

What do you mean with flippy? 🙂

If you install Jing you can easily create small movies and share the link with us.

    Not really flippy.
But if touch the “On”-Button the button is highlighted for the “touching-time”, than the the “Off”-Button is “re-highlighted” for ca. 2 seconds – and after that (when bidirectional communication has ended) the “On”-Button is permanent highlighted.

But i think, that there would not really exist a better way for signalisation “action” and “reaction”.

P.S.: It was not possible to install Jing on the iPad. 😉

Ah, yes, not on an iPad 😉

We could maybe add some kind of loading animation while it is waiting for the answer.

    Kind regards,
